new multi-receivers in cuSDR by Hermann DL3HVH

Subject: Apache Labs announces working with Dr. Hermann von Hasseln, DL3HVH
Date: Sun, 23 Jun 2013 10:08:18 -0000
From: Abhi Arunoday - Managing Director Apache Labs LLC

Apache Labs and OM Hermann, DL3HVH are pleased to announce a strategic Alliance for the development of cuSDR software for the ANAN series transceivers,

cuSDR is a state-of-the-art SDR platform and has key advantages such as capability to simultaneously display multiple receivers with Panadapter and waterfall displays (currently up to 7 receivers) and has a huge potential for future applications such as the client-server architecture, CUDA or OpenCL processing, SBC (SDR Server), QT allows cross platform compatibility, cuSDR is currently running on Windows7(TM) and Windows8(TM) both 32 and 64 bit as well as Linux.

Timelines and a feature list will be announced in the future. Addition of basic transmit capability is one of the priorities. The ANAN radios currently utilize the OpenHPSDR version of the PowerSDR(TM) software, this version has been coded almost from the ground up by our software gurus for the OpenHPSDR DDC/DUC architecture and we look forward to implementing these excellent additions into cuSDR,

Apache Labs is committed to assisting in the development of Open Source software for the ANAN series transceivers. Availability of multiple Open Source software platforms for the user to choose from is a key advantage of the ANAN radios.

It is our pleasure and an honor to work with such a group of talented people, we look forward to exciting times ahead!

73s,
Abhi
